the location is very nice. it is a one minute walk to st paul's cathedral. the staff acted friendly and offered helpful support. i loved the coffee shop right in the lobby. it really offers some of the best coffee. the rooms are quiet!
the shower lacked doors. the entire bathroom flooded. i noticed the water wasn't very hot. i felt the electrical switches were not practical.

housekeeping service is thorough and efficient. i found the staff promptly addressed requests for extra pillows and toiletries. the front desk is available 24 hours. they are ready to assist with directions or any concerns.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i appreciated this. the rooms are very nice fairly priced and very quiet. the location is great a few blocks from the thames river.
the complimentary soaps in shower weren't working properly i'd expect better. a new system needs to be installed for current pump dispensers. there wasn't any instant coffee provided as there was also a kettle

The location was convenient to public transport.
The sink in my room did not drain properly. There was also a sewage smell in the room. I found this to be quite unpleasant and unexpected for the price I paid.

The location near St Paul's Cathedral was a great benefit (everything was close). I appreciated the quick access to the tube station. The staff were cute and friendly at all hours. The breakfast buffet provided a wide choice of food.
I noticed the complimentary soaps in the shower were not working properly. It was difficult to get the product out during showering. A better dispenser system would improve this aspect.

The breakfast buffet featured various options, including pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot breakfast items. The selection was regularly restocked (even later in the morning). The restaurant staff were attentive, everything was satisfactory.

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided a lovely experience. The overall friendliness of the team was notable, including housekeepers and reception staff. Staff members accommodated requests and ensured a pleasant stay.
